Brian Hedrick, Esq. has practiced immigration law since 2018. Brian attended the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2017. While studying law, Brian gained practical experience by working at reputable immigration law firms in the Sacramento area. He also served as a student attorney in the McGeorge Immigration Law Clinic and volunteered at community immigration clinics. Prior to opening Hedrick Law, P.C., Brian worked at a prominent Northern California law firm representing clients before USCIS, EOIR, BIA, and the 9th Circuit.

Micah Hedrick, Esq. joined Hedrick Law, P.C. as a law clerk in 2022. Micah received his J.D. and certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Micah served as a student attorney in the Community Economic Development Clinic. Micah practices immigration law, representing individuals and families in family-based immigration, asylum, and removal defense matters. Micah is committed to providing client-centered advocacy, helping clients navigate complex immigration issues.
